Terms and Conditions

Welcome to EasyInn! We're delighted to have you consider our apartment in Lucknow for your holiday stay. Before you proceed, please take a moment to read through our terms and conditions to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Booking and Reservations:

Reservation Confirmation: Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the required payment and a confirmation email will be sent to you.

Payment: We accept secure online payments. Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the check-in date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period will be non-refundable.

Check-in and Check-out:

Check-in Time: Check-in begins at 12 noon on the day of arrival.

Check-out Time: Please check out by 10 am on the day of departure.

Late Check-out: Late check-outs may be accommodated upon request, subject to availability and an additional fee.

Property Rules:

Occupancy: The maximum occupancy is 6-8 guests. Additional guests above 6 Pax may incur extra charges.

Pets: Hurray..!!! pets are allowed in the apartment.

Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. However, designated smoking areas are available.

Damages and Security Deposit:

Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit may be required for long term stays. This will be returned within 24 hours after check-out, provided there are no damages.

Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages to the property and its contents during their stay. This may be done by reimbursement of the cost of the damaged article or physical replacement thereof with a new and similar quality article.

Privacy and Security:

Personal Information: We respect your privacy. Your personal information will only be used for booking purposes and will not be shared with third parties.

Security: The property is equipped with security measures, but guests are advised to take precautions with their belongings.

General Policies:

Housekeeping: Regular housekeeping is included. Additional cleaning services may be requested for an extra charge.

Amenities: Please use all amenities responsibly. Any damage to amenities shall attract additional charges.

Community Guidelines: Guests are expected to be respectful to neighbors and adhere to the community guidelines and protocols.

No Loud Music After 11:  Our Apartment is in a posh location which is surrounded by elder and retired people so we asked you to not play loud music after 11.

Liability: EasyInn is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur during your stay.

Changes to Terms: EasyInn reserves the right to update these terms and conditions. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
